Document extraction
PDF.js reads the text layer of a PDF in your browser. A conservative line parser proposes course rows. Scans and unusual layouts need manual entry. Extracted credits start unconfirmed.

English, German and selected Azerbaijani terms support local topic suggestions. Suggestions are never treated as university-approved evidence. You choose a mapping and confirm credits.
Confirmed credits are assigned to documented categories without counting the same credit twice across sibling categories. A nested subset, such as Hamburg Stochastics, also contributes to its Mathematics parent.
Degree equivalence, thesis standards, grade conversions, language evidence and selection procedures remain outside coursework arithmetic. Official admissions staff decide what counts.
Program rules are curated from official university pages, with a recorded verification date and source URL for each requirement. Rules can change. Check the university source before applying.
